Please note that, upon joining the Voluntary Sector, you must honour your pledge to volunteer. CAS exists to offer wide support to members who have a strong ambition to assist communities and the environment through the use of aircraft, thereby making members’ own voluntary efforts much more effective. As a pilot or observer you will be expected to fully engage with CAS and other agencies to originate most of the missions you fly. You will also be expected to rapidly assimilate learning material and train for the required airborne skills on your own initiative. Supporters are expected to continuously assist the organisation in their assigned role.
